Webb made his feature film directorial debut in 2009 with the romantic comedy “500 Days of Summer” and went on to direct “The Amazing Spider-Man” (2012) and “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” (2014), which were later dubbed the "Webb-Verse" by Marvel Studios in 2021. He also directed the drama films “Gifted” and “The Only Living Boy in New York” (both 2017) and the Disney remake of “Snow White” (2025).
